Stärke
Material Handling Group is rooted in the material handling industry dating back
to 1939 through a family owned dealership based out of the Niagara region.
Stärke was established as a manufacturer in 2001 to bring the small to medium
sized equipment dealers into a revenue stream that had been vastly restricted
to the larger dealers of materials handling equipment. A wholly owned and
operated Canadian Company, Stärke is no stranger to the materials handling
industry.
Stärke heavily
researched and now utilizes ISO certified factories throughout the world which
are the best at what they do - some of which are owned by and/or produce for
the top five material handling equipment companies in the world. Stärke also
employs German engineering in several of our product features and components.
Stärke
implements some of the most stringent quality control measures in the industry.
Every unit off the line, comes into Stärke’s Niagara, Canada facility and goes
through a thorough pre-dealer delivery inspection. Our dealers then perform
their own PDI inspection upon receipt (adhering to ANSI B56.1), examining the
product again before it is shipped to the end-user.
Stärke Quality Control Measures
Stärke has
a detailed and binding manufacturing agreement with its factories guaranteeing
quality and continuous improvement. All products are designed, engineered and
manufactured to meet all ANSI B56.1 and CSA B335 regulations and are CE
approved.
Continuous Improvement
Stärke reports
all quality issues to the factory at four points:
· Upon initial receipt
· Pre/post-delivery inspection
· Warranty claim
· Dealer and end-user feedback
Corporate Responsibility
Stärke
considers the environment when designing product and has high expectations for
our factories when considering sustainable manufacturing practices
.
